At TRIANGLE PARTY PEOPLE, we understand how daunting the event planning process can be. The tables and chairs you rent should be the least stressful item on your checklist! So we’ve simplified our equipment rental process and outlined it here so you’ll know exactly what to expect when booking with us.

One of our representatives will respond with an itemized proposal.
Once all questions are satisfied and you decide to proceed, we will send a rental agreement and an invoice for 50% deposit that can be paid securely online.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before your event.
You’ll be able to pay this sooner if you wish through an e-mail link.
Enjoy your event!
Your equipment will either be delivered or available for pickup at the agreed upon date/time. Everything is inspected and cleaned before delivery.
